Evolv Bio Labs respects intellectual property rights. This policy describes how to report claims of copyright infringement relating to content on the Site under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
2. Notice Of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL preferred).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A good-faith statement that use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

4. False Claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may create liability for damages.
5. Counter-Notice
If material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and prior location, a good-faith statement of mistake or misidentification, and consent to federal court jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
