1. Returns And Refunds
Contact support within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Products must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to product-integrity and contamination concerns.
For multi-unit orders — including any free vials from Buy 1, Get 1 Free — refunds for eligible unopened units are calculated using the order’s effective per-unit price (amount paid ÷ total vials received), not the standalone retail price. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or compromised on arrival.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, Or Compromised Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@evolvbiolabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund.
3. Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Email help@evolvbiolabs.com with your order number and subject “Cancel Order” before carrier handoff. Confirmed cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.
4. What Is Not Eligible
- Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products.
- Change of mind after the return window has closed.
- Claims about research outcomes or Product “performance.”
- Refusal of delivery without cause.
- Incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Carrier or weather delays outside our control.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect an authorized return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges remain nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or compromised on arrival.
6. Chargeback Policy
Contact us first to resolve order issues. Chargebacks filed without good-faith contact may be treated as a material breach of our Terms.
