1. Where We Ship
Placeholder shipping footprint: we intend to ship to physical addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Serviceable destinations will be confirmed at checkout. Orders outside our serviceable area may be canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days from our U.S. fulfillment facility. Same-day processing is targeted for orders placed before the posted cutoff; otherwise next business day. High-volume periods may add 1–3 business days.
3. Carriers And Transit Times
- Standard — typical transit 2–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
- Expedited options — where available at checkout.

4. Shipping Rates And Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping may apply above a stated threshold shown at checkout.
5. Tracking
After handoff to the carrier, we send a shipment confirmation with tracking. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan event.
6. Title And Risk Of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass when we tender Product to the carrier, except as described for lost or damaged packages below and in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Lost, Damaged, Or Undeliverable Packages
Report damaged, missing, wrong, or non-delivered orders to help@evolvbiolabs.com within the windows stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Provide photos for damage claims and retain packaging until resolved.
